In order to conserve water, a Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS), which is the pinnacle of intensive aquaculture, has been selected as the preferred system in which fish are bred and grown out to market size.  The fish are harvested and transported to our nearby factory where a range of nutritious fish-based products, which are suitable for everyday consumption, are produced. 

The cold-chain product range is extremely versatile as the farmed freshwater fish does not have a strong “fishy” flavour. It can be baked, steamed, grilled, fried, smoked, pickled or even enjoyed fresh as sashimi – it’s simply delicious!  These nutritious protein products are high in Omega 3, suitable for the whole family, and are both Halaal & Proudly South African certified.
