Karoo Catch recently rolled out a Community Outreach Drive. The Purpose was to reach out to the less fortunate communities and to make a difference in the lives of as many people as possible. The products donated included Fish Wors and Braai Wors. The organisations reached by this initiative included Local Churches, Orphanages, Day Care Centres, Soup Kitchens, the Hospice and Old Age Homes.
The response from the Graaff-Reinet based organisations has been phenomenal. It was very heart-warming for the company to help so many people in need.
Karoo Catch is launching a new children’s range, namely Kidz Fish Wors and Kidz Fish Burgers. The Kidz Fish Wors is a fish with lemon flavoured sausage and the Kidz Fish Burgers are beef flavoured.
Karoo Catch is currently constructing a factory that will create even more employment and empowerment opportunities for the local community. The new factory will also make it possible for Karoo Catch to supply their products nationally. Karoo Catch is a local business that the Graaff-Reinet community can be very proud of.
